Areas of Interest: Dr. Fuchino’s passion is to help the owner and pet achieve total wellness.
Dr. Fuchino has sat on the board of directors for multiple animal organizations and is the consulting veterinarian for the nation’s first chain luxury animal boarding facility. Dr. Fuchino uses the integration of western and eastern medicine to achieve wellness for his animal patients. He is certified in veterinary acupuncture through the Chi Institute of Chinese Veterinary Medicine. He is an accomplished pet health author with work featured in professional, scientific and pet care journals, newspapers, and pet websites. Dr. Fuchino is also the founder of the non-profit foundation MERC which deals with medical and educational resources to help all animals worldwide.
In his book “Head to Tail Wellness”, he has an eye-opening guide that demonstrates how centuries of Eastern healing can enhance Western Veterinary Care, helping pets to live happier, healthier and longer lives. This is an engaging lifestyle book which compiles everything from pet problems to diet to living space and anecdotes.
He also starred in the Animal Planet show “Housecat Housecall” and was also a consulting producer for the show.
Emilie Lanquetot, DVM

Emilie was born and raised in Paris, France. Her passion for animals started at a very early age and she wanted to become a veterinarian as far as she can remember. She graduated from École Nationale Vétérinaire in Nantes, France in 2003 and pursued with an internship in an equine hospital in Normandy. She then practiced veterinary medicine in both small animals and equine practices in France and England. After relocating to California in 2006, she started teaching at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine. In the meantime, she followed the options for animals postgraduate program for animal chiropractic and became certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) in 2008.
In her free time, she loves to swim, read, cook, spend time with her husband, four children, and her dog, take family trips to museums, and travel.
Kathryn Francis, DVM

Outside of the veterinary clinic, Dr. Francis enjoys dancing, playing soccer, and reading a good book. Dr. Kathryn Francis was born and raised in the South Bay, and she is excited to treat your pets and get to
know all of you owners. She went to Cornell University for her undergraduate education where she studied Animal Science while on campus and abroad in South Africa. Dr. Francis received her veterinary education at Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys all aspects of the profession but is keenly interested in Internal Medicine.
Kaitlyn Imamura, DVM

Dr. Imamura was born and raised in Torrance, California where she developed a passion to care for animals at an early age! Her first pet Kumo, a Golden Retriever was her best friend throughout childhood whom taught her compassion and motivated her to pursue veterinary medicine. Before veterinary school, Dr. Imamura worked at PV Village Pet Hospital as a pharmacy technician and later a veterinary assistant. After receiving her Doctorate, she could not resist coming back to the PV Village family to interact with new and familiar faces!
When she is not practicing, you can find her trying a new restaurant and hiking on the weekends. She also enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her two Shiba Inus, Sachi and Koji.
